i. Acceptance of Terms

When becoming a client of CARHELP, or enquiring about CARHELP's services, the client agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.

1. Confidentiality

All communications including quotes and invoices are private and confidential and must not be shared with any parties directly or indirectly. You will maintain any information received in confidence and use it only for the purposes for which it has been disclosed to you and for no other purpose, in particular to the benefit of any third party.

2. Booking & Initiation

If the client agrees to authorise us to carry out the work, the enquiry form needs to be fill out and returned to CARHELP. An initial payment will be required before we commence the necessary work for providing you with a quote. (Please refer to the Payment section below)

3. Quotes

CARHELP quotes are private and confidential and must be treated in such a way. Quotes are valid for 5 working days or to the 'Valid To' date in the quote. After this time, prices and timeframes previously quoted are not guaranteed and a new quote must be requested.

4. Client Responsibilities

CARHELP will endeavour to make each and every client's enquiry an enjoyable process that runs smoothly and to schedule. The client also has several responsibilities to ensure this happens.

All clients must read and agree to the Terms & Conditions found on the CARHELP Website when becoming a client of CARHELP.

5. Payment

All payments are in Australian Dollars, including Initial Fees and Negotiation Fee. All payments will be based on 5 day accounts in order to adhere to service schedule. Failure to pay within these time frames may result in delays or penalty.

CARHELP requires a Initial Fee to be paid before the action to be carried out for searching and negotiating. A negotiation fee equal to a percentage (usually 10%) of the difference between the original quote and the final price is requested once the negotiation has been completed and prior to the settlement dates.

All payments are non-refundable.

6. Maintenance fee

Maintenance fee is applied to the vehicle service management plan. The fee is incurred on each scheduled service or mechanical repair. All maintenance payment will be based on one month credit account. Failure to pay on time will attract a 10% late fee

7. Vehicle management account

CARHELP requires our clients to set up a one month credit account when you join our fleet management. An initial credit amount of $200 minimum is required to set up the account. The amount will be credited back to you (net any amount you owe on your account) when your management plan is finalized.

8. Cancellation

Once the Confirmation Fee has been paid to CARHELP, a binding contract is established. Cancellation of this contract must be requested in writing. The Confirmation Fee is non-refundable.

Clients who do not contact us for more than 30 days will be deemed to have 'cancelled' their contract and will be notified in writing.

Cancellation on maintenance plan contract must be requested in writing. A cancellation fee of $60 is required to be paid prior to account termination.

Or we may have to deduct it from your credit account.

9. Other Terms and Conditions

When contacting or corresponding with CARHELP, you agree that all information is true and accurate.

10. Disclaimer

CARHELP makes every endeavour to provide the best possible service to its clients. Where loss is incurred by the client as a result of error or omission by CARHELP, the client may not claim damages that exceed the prior amounts paid by them to CARHELP.

In the event of a discrepancy or difference in interpretation between various language versions of this term and conditions, the English language version shall prevail.
